Completed in June 2014 with a capacity of 55,000 spectators. It is situated at the old National Stadium which was closed in 2007 and demolished in 2010. JL Building carried out extensive application of Covacrete floor surfacing compound to various locations within the complex. The Covacrete flooring is mainly applied to the Level 3 Promenade of the main Stadium where there is a large space open to public including a public jogging track.
